length of the course is one of the criteria you set. Many of our
courses are run over weekends at our clients' request. We do not
run from a centre, we can work in any part of Europe or beyond
to meet your specific needs when and where you want us. We find
and arrange the venue in a location to suit you. (Adopting this
approach allows us to be completely flexible and responsive in
meeting your requirements).

SAQ® (Speed Agilty Quickness) International
Training
SAQ® drills were designed to enhance the
sport-specific needs of an athlete and be performed with easy-to-use
equipment like, mini hurdles, balance boards and medicine
balls. They concentrate on footwork, timing, hand-eye co-ordination,
power, technique and acceleration in a variety of directions
and environments. User-friendly and fun they are versatile
enough to be mastered by elite athletes, recreational erercisers
and even kids
