This team has got a vision of where it wants to be, and how to get there.

I have introduced to them a personal goal-setting package so they can monitor performance, evaluate it and then set training goals. They are all very keen to follow this through.

They have warmed to the idea of a more professional approach to practice and matches. Match practice is the one thing they lack, and club sides and wandering sides should not miss the opportunity to visit Austria and play cricket in high temperatures on a ground surrounded by snow-capped mountains.

When the match has finished, you will have a drink or two with some very friendly people who just love the game of cricket.
